The essentials, in one place.
$39.99 per bag up to 20 lb, plus a $14.99 pickup-and-delivery fee per order. Weight over 20 lb is $2.75 per lb, calculated separately for each bag. Optional add-ons are priced before you confirm the order.
Blue Bag picks up on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Standard service returns your laundry two days later: Tuesday pickup → Thursday return; Thursday pickup → Saturday return.
No. Your order is processed separately from other households.
No. Choose your Drop Spot when you book. Leave the bag there and we’ll photo-confirm pickup. We also send delivery confirmation showing where your clean laundry was returned.
You securely add a card when you create your Blue Bag account. We keep the card on file, but we do not charge it when you book. After your bags are weighed, we calculate the final total and charge the card on file.

Yes. Save your preferences in your account and we’ll attach them to future orders so you don’t have to repeat the same instructions every time.
You can reschedule or cancel free up to 2 hours before your pickup window. If our driver arrives and your bags aren't there, we'll record it as a missed pickup and contact you to reschedule. No fee is assessed.
