What to expect from your first Blue Bag pickup
1. Book in about a minute
Pick your bags and any extras, choose your detergent and water temperature, and tell us where to grab the bags. You'll get an account where you can save all your preferences — detergent, dryer heat, fold style, family sorting — so you only set them once.
2. No Blue Bag yet? Use a kitchen bag.
For your first pickup, tie your laundry in a 13-gallon kitchen bag and leave it at your agreed spot. We'll deliver a free Blue Bag with your first return, so you're set from then on.
3. Your route day: we grab it
Leave the bags at your door on your route day — Tuesday or Thursday, whichever you chose; you don't need to be home. Our driver sends photo confirmation at pickup, so you know exactly when your laundry left.
4. At the hub: weighed and washed your way
Your bags are weighed — you'll be notified with the actual weight and final total — then washed per your saved preferences — your detergent, your water temp, your fold style. Every bag is quality-checked before it leaves.
5. Return day: back clean, photo proof
Clean laundry arrives at your door two days later (Thursday for Tuesday pickups, Saturday for Thursday pickups), with a photo showing exactly where it was left. If anything isn't right, tell us within 72 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — file a claim.
